UNDERSECRETARY Mary Liza Diño was reappointed for another three-year term as chairperson and CEO of the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP).
FDCP chairperson and CEO Diño took her oath before Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez in a virtual ceremony last Wednesday.
Also present in the oath taking ceremony were representatives from DTI and FDCP employees.
Usec Diño has been serving the national film agency after being appointed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in 2016.
Her three-year term was extended to 2021 and now, with the reappointment to her position, her term as chairperson and CEO of the FDCP will be extended until 2025.
DTI Secretary Lopez congratulated Usec Liza saying: “I’m impressed with allthe kind of work you’re doing and I wish you all the best. I know, under your leadership,mas gaganda pa ang ating film industry. Palakasin pa natin.”
Foe her part, Usec Liza said: “On behalf of our team FDCP, onsite and online, maraming, maraming salamat.”
