IKA-SAMPUNG taon na pala ni Arjo Atayde sa showbiz this year.
Hindi sukat-akalain ni Arjo na aabot siya ng 10 years sa industriya.
Alaala pa ng aktor nu’ng nag-uumpisa pa lang siya, maraming hirap din daw ang kanyang pinagdaanan.
Kilalang mahusay na actress ang kanyang mom na si Sylvia Sanchez, pero never siyang nagpatulong dito para magkaroon agad ng magandang proyekto.
Dumaan din siya sa butas ng karayom mapatunayan lang na kaya niyang matawag isang mahusay na aktor.
Hindi naman nabigo si Arjo dahil sa kanyang pagpupursige, aba.nakatanggap siya ng acting awards mula Best New Actor, Best Supporting Actor to Best Actor sa iba’t ibang award-giving bodies dito sa Pinas.
Kinilala rin ang husay niya sa pag-arte sa buong Asya nang manalo siyang AsianBest Actor last 2020 via sa “Bagman” movie.
Mga mahuhusay na Asian actors lang naman ang nakalaban ni Arjo but his acting in the “Bagman” was indeed great.
“Today marks the 10th year of my journey in showbiz…I remember day 1 as if it was just yesterday…18 takes on my first ever scene and the director wanted me to send me home lol.
“But here we are 10 years later, surprisingly still here and still standing. More than the work I have been blessed with, I am grateful that the past 10 years have also blessed me with some of the best friendships and truest relationships I’ve had.
“So to all of you who have been a part of this overwhelming journey, thank you for filling my years with love, friendship and inspiration. I am so blessed to get to do what I love and I’m still here for the same reason since day 1…I just want to act,” mahabang post ni Arjo.
