ACTRESS-POLITICIAN Angelika dela Cruz confirmed that their house in Malabon City was robbed, when she posted on Facebook some of the details about the said incident. She was also reported to have received a letter death threat last month, that contained four bullets. “Sa mga nagtatanong po totoo po yan .. nagpapasalamat po ako sa mga Tanod ng Barangay Longos at mga pulis sa agarang responde at nahuli po ang tao. Salamat din po sa Diyos at walang nangyaring masama sa Mommy ko at kay Mika,” she said.
Mika, just like Angelica, is also into show business.
The robbery took place at 2:30 a.m. on July 8 and Dela Cruz thanked the barangay tanods and police authorities for their quick action on the matter.
The suspect was arrested by the police after her sister sought their help through a call. Dela Cruz, Maria Lourdes Egger dela Cruz-Casareo in real life, is an actress-singer who is is currently the brangay captain of Barangay Longos in the said city. (Arsenio Tan)
