VICE PRESIDENT NG CHINA, DADALO SA PBBM INAUGURATION

NAKATAKDANG magtungo sa Pilipinas ang Vice President ng China para dumalo sa gaganaping formal inauguration at panunumpa sa tungkulin ni incoming President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Romualdez Marcos bukas sa National Museum sa lungsod ng maynila

Sa kalatas na ibinahagi ng Chinese Foreign Ministry, “As the special representative for President Xi Jinping, Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan will attend the inauguration ceremony for the Philippines’ president-elect Ferdinand Marcos Jr on June 30.”

Unang inihayag ng isang China Embassy official na posibleng mas mataas sa kinatawang ipapadala ng United States ang dadalo sa inagurasyon ni PBBM para kumatawan kay Chinese President Xi Jinping .


Mismong si POTUS Joe Biden ang kumumpirma na dadalo ang US presidential delegation sa inagurasyon ni Marcos Jr. sa Huwebes, Hunyo 30.

Sa pahayag ng White House, binanggit na pangungunahan ni US Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff ang delegasyon.


“President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. today (June 26) announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the Inauguration of His Excellency Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, Jr. on June 30, 2022, in Manila, Republic of Philippines,” ayon inilabas na statement ng Washington.

Si Mr. Douglas Emhoff ay ang asawa ni Vice President Kamala Harris.


Bukod kay Emhoff, dadalo sa inagurasyon ang mga sumusunod na miyembro ng delegasyon: Heather Variava, Chargé d’Affaires, ad interim, US Embassy Manila; Bobby Scott, Chairman of the Committee on Education and Labor, United States Representative (D), Virginia; Nani A. Coloretti, Deputy Director, Office of Management and Budget; Admiral James “Sandy” A. Winnefeld, Jr. (Ret.), Former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; Edgard D. Kagan, Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for East Asia and Oceania, National Security Council at Chantale Y. Wong, US Director of the Asian Development Bank. (VICTOR BALDEMOR)
