Kinumpirma ni Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla na magsasagawa ng ikalawang awtopsiya sa bangkay ng “middleman” na iniuugnay sa pagpatau sa hard hitting broadcaster Percy Lapid o Percival Mabasa.
Ayon kay Remulla ang top forensic pathologist Raquel Fortun ,ang magsasagawa ng ikalawang awtopsiya to sa bangkay ni Jun Villamor na sinasabing nag-utos na ipapatau si Lapid.
Una nanglumabas sa inirial autopsy ng National Bireau of Investigation(NBI) na walang external injuries na nakita sa bangkay ni Villamor at nagkaroon umano ito ng heart hemmorage.
“I have also spoken to her to ask her conduct second autopsy — a validative autopsy. She will also give observations, because that is the agreement that I had with Roy Mabasa, who I spoke to yesterday together with the son of Percy Lapid.”ayon kay Remulla.
Nabatid na nagpahayag ng pagkadismaya si Mabasa sa resulta ng awtopsiya at hiniling nito na.magkaroon ng independent body na mag a-awtopsiya sa bangkay.
” The heart showed a hemorrhagic area over the left ventricle. The mitral valve is sclerotic, which could indicate previous illnesses or valvular infection,” ayon kay medico-legal officer Marivic Villarin-Floro sa report.
Samantala,unang kinuwestiyon ni Fortun kung bakit dalawang araw pa ang nakalipas ini awtopsiya si Villamor matapos na.ma.embalsamo sa Eastern Funeral Homes.
