Nanumpa na bilang bagong apppointees ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., si Tirso ‘Pip’ Cruz III upang mamuno sa Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) at Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
Pinalitan ni Cruz si Liza Dino, sa kabila nang ito ay may reappointment diumano mula kay Pangulong Duterte.
Nakasaad sa March 4 order na: “Pursuant to the provisions of existing laws, you are hereby appointed CHAIRPERSON, FILM DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF THE PHILIPPINES, for a term of three (3) years.
“By virtue hereof, you may qualify and enter upon the performance of the duties of the office, furnishing this Office and the Civil Service Commission with copies of your oath of office.”
Sa kabila niyan, tanggap umano ni Dino na ang desisyon pa din ng bagong Pangulong Marcos ang siyang masusunod.
