Three notorious drug pushers in the province of Camarines Sur fell on the PNP-PRO5 unrelenting drive against illegal drugs on July 12, 2022.
At about 7:30 p.m. at Zone 1, Brgy. Sto. Tomas, Magarao, Camarines Sur, two were busted during the anti-illegal drug operations conducted by the elements of Magarao MPS and PNP Maritime Law Enforcement Team (MARLET), Calabanga.
Suspects were identified as Erwin Riason y Importante, 43 and Renato Bermundo, 50.
Taken from their possession and control was a heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystaline substance of suspected “shabu”.
Meanwhile, at about 10:37 p.m. at Brgy. San Franciso, Bombon, Camarines Sur, a 19-year-old suspect identified as Angelo Oas y Velasco was also arrested in a buy-bust launched by Bombon MPS and Magarao MPS in coordination with PDEA ROV.
Confiscated from him were two pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected “shabu” and two tea bags of suspected marijuana.
The apprehended persons shall be held liable for violation of RA 9165.
PNP-PRO5 said it is non-stop in deterring the proliferation of drugs in the region. (VICTOR BALDEMOR)
