Customs examiners, drug operatives including members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in DHL warehouse near the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (BOC-NAIA) found Monday late afternoon a parcel containing some 255 grams of suspected shabu.
Said drugs were reportedly concealed and declared as antique French phone when it underwent X-ray scanning.
The said antique French phone containing shabu was sent by Bleu Griotte of Lyon, France and consigned to a certain Angeline Claire Nacua of Bel-Air in Makati.
Customs and PDEA valued the parcel containing shabu at P1, 734, 000.
It was turned over to PDEA for proper disposition and filing of case against sender and consignee. (JERRY S. TAN)
