A 75-year-old man was found lifeless inside a hotel in Old Sta. Mesa, Manila after he checked in with his girlfriend the other day.
PSSg John Paul Rojo of the Manila Police District -homicide section said the victim, a resident of Mandaluyong City, was declared dead- on- arrival at the Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital.
Investigation showed that the victim checked in at Room 34 with his 50-year-old girlfriend at around 12 noon in the said hotel located at No. 4632 Old Sta. Mesa, Sta. Mesa Manila .
At around 2 p.m., the victim was no longer moving, prompting his girflfriend to seek for help from the hotel staff.
Room boy Ben Villamin said that at around 12:30 p.m., the victim asked for a glass of water and was uneasy as he complained of dizziness.
The victim’s daughter meanwhile told probers that his father was suffering from a heart ailment, diabetes and hypertension and also underwent a byoass surgery in 2013.
