The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Lieutenant General Bartolome Vicente Bacarro joined the send-off ceremony for President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr at the Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on Tuesday, January 3.
The President is off for a three-day state visit in China wherein both countries are expected to strengthen their trade, investment ties, and cooperation for mutual concerns. (Victor Baldemor Ruiz)
