The Philippine Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Medardo Macaraig, with the PN Flag Officer in Command, Vice Admiral Toribio Adaci Jr don the ranks of two newly-promoted senior officers in a simple ceremony held at the Wardroom of BRP Antonio Luna (FF151) the other week.
Lieutenant Commander Arnold San Joaquin PN and Lieutenant Rommel Sierra PN were promoted to the next higher rank of Commander and Lieutenant Commander, respectively.
