Dozens of laptops were turned over by Counsellor Chen Chao of Chinese Embassy in Manila to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency(PDEA), headed by Director General Moro Virgilio M Lazo, to support its training program in their fight against drug menace.
Ambassador Huang Xillian said in his Facebook post; Need to say it is critical to join our efforts to combat drug related crimes.
To make further progress, it is necessary to study and implement modern forensic science in the investigation and prevention of the crimes.
Glad to see the fruitful cooperation between PDEA and its counterparts in China in the field of training and Narcotic Control, Amb Huang Xilian said.
