ARRIVAL HONORS Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines (CSAFP) LtGen Bartolome Vicente Bacarro welcomes President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. upon the President’s arrival on Monday, November 14 from his participation in the ASEAN Summit in Cambodia. The CSAFP was joined by Philippine Air Force Commanding General LtGen Connor Anthony Canlas Sr, Philippine Navy Acting Flag Officer-In Command RAdm Caesar Bernard Valencia and Philippine Army Vice Commander MGen Adonis Bajao.
