The Philippine Air Force (PAF), through the Tactical Operations Group (TOG), deployed a Sokol helicopter to transport relief supplies from Basco to typhoon-affected areas in Itbayat, Batanes on October 6, 2024.
The relief operation conducted two sorties, transporting essential supplies from the GMA Kapuso Foundation’s #OperationBayanihan initiative. Relief supplies include 300 pieces of bottled water, 46 boxes and nine sacks of essential goods intended for typhoon-affected communities.
The PAF remains steadfast in its mission to deliver timely and efficient air transport in support of national humanitarian efforts, demonstrating its commitment to serve the Filipino people.
