NASAMSAM ng magkasanib na operatiba ng Manila Police District (MPD) at Philippine Drug Enforcement Administration( PDEA), ang may P3.4.milyong halaga ng shabu mula sa isang High Value Target (HVT) pusher sa isinagawang operasyon kamakalawa ng hapon sa isang condominium sa Mabini St, Malate, Maynila.
Ayon kay PLt.Josephus Melpaz,ng MPD-PS 9,itinuturing na HVT ang suspek na si Tato Sali,alyas, Tohanmi,32, nanunuluyan sa Rm 702 Le Mirage Mabini,Malate,Maynila.
Matagal na umanong sinusubaybayan ang iligal na aktibidad ng suspek nagbabagsak rin ng shabu sa ilang lugar sa Metro Manila.
Nasamsam sa isinagawang buybust operation ang may kalahating kilo ng shabu at P1,000 marked money.
Nahaharap ngayon sa kasong paglabag sa Sec 11 ng RA 9165 kilala bilang Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 ang suspek sa Manila Prosecutors Office.#
Saudi national nabbed by BI intel division
Bureau of Immigration (BI) intelligence agents announced the arrest of an overstaying Saudi Arabian national in Cabanatuan City last March 30.
In a report to Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente, BI Intelligence Division Chief Fortunato Manahan, Jr. identified the foreign national as Mohammed Karm A Al Baloshi, 50, who was arrested in his apartment at the CSS Village, Zone 1, Brgy. Camp Tinio in Cabanatuan City.
According to Manahan, Al Baloshi was arrested in coordination with the Cabanatuan City Police Office, following a mission order issued by Morente.
“Upon inspection, he was unable to present his documents,” said Manahan. “It was later found out that he possessed an expired passport, and it was confirmed that he is already overstaying in the country,” he added.
