Nagtungo na sa Dili, Timor Leste si National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Medardo De Lemos at hepe ng Interpol Filipinas Astero upang i-serve ang Interpol Red Notice laban kay dating Negros Occidental Representative Arnolfo “Arnie” Teves, Jr.
Ito ay kasunod ng pagkakadakip kay Teves habang naggo-golf kamakalawa.
Napag-alaman na sina De Lemos ay naroon para makipag ugnayan sa mga awtoridad at i-monitor ang extradition process kay Teves.
Dumating sa Timor Leste ang delegasyon ng NBI at nakipagpulong. muna sa mga Timorese Law Enforcement official kasama si Philippine Ambassador to Timor Leste Belinda Ante.
Napag-alaman na nag- courtesy visit rin si De Lemos kay President Jose Ramos Horta, kung saan pinuri nito ang mabilis na aksiyon ng mga awtoridad ng Timor Leste sa pagkakaaresto kay Teves.

Si Teves ay sangkot diumano sa pagpaslang kay Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo noong Marso 4, 2023.
