NAVAL STATION JOSE ANDRADA, Manila – Philippine Navy (PN) Flag Officer In Command, Rear Admiral Toribio Adaci Jr. was promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral in a ceremony held at Camp Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City .
The Navy Chief formally donned his third star following the Donning of Ranks Ceremony for newly-promoted generals and flag officers led by AFP Chief of Staff, General Andres Centino. Witnessing the event were AFP top officials, along with families and guests of the honorees.
Vice Admiral Adaci’s promotion symbolizes his competence, expertise, and professionalism to lead the nation’s premier naval and maritime force. A significant turning point in his sterling military career, this entails greater responsibility as top decision-maker and a leader who inspires all members of the organization to achieve greater heights.
