Inbound travellers, di na kailangang magprisinta ng negatibong COVID-19 test

Hindi na kinakailangan na magprisinta ng negatibong COVID19 test ang mga papasok na biyaherong fully vaccinated pagdating nila sa bansa.

Ito ang inihayag ng Department of Tourism (DOT), matapos na ibasura ng Inter-Agency Task Force for COVID-19,ang requirement na pagpi-prisinta ng negatibong COavID19 test.

Sa ilalim ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) Resolution 168, lahat ng biyahero may edad 18 pataas na fully vaccinated o nakatanggap na ng booster ay exempted na sa pagpi prisinta ng negatibong COVID19 test.


Sakop rin ng exemptions ang mga biyahero may edad 12 – 17 nannakatanggap na ng kanilang primary COVID-19 vaccines, at 12 anyis pababa na bumibiyahe kasama ang.mga magulang o guardians na fully vaccinated.

“We are glad that the propositions we have worked on have been approved by the IATF-EID and are now up for implementation. As we make it more convenient for tourists to visit the country, the public’s health and safety will remain the DOT’s priority,” ayon kayTourism Secretary Berna-Romulo Puyat .

“The DOT sees this development as a win for the local tourism industry as welcoming more tourists in the country will yield more revenues for our MSMEs and restore more jobs and livelihoods in the sector,” dagdag ng Kalihim.

Hindi na rin umano inoobliga ang travel insurance pero mas mainam kung kukuha.


Sa punakahuling datos,umabot na sa
517,516 datuhan turista ang dumating sa bansa mula Pebrero 10 hanggang Mayo 25.2022 kung saan pinakamalaking bilang ay mula sa United Ststes na may 104,589.

Sinundan ng 28,474 mula South Korea; 24,337 mula sa Canada; 23,286 mula sa Australia; 20,846 mula Britain; at 13,373 mula Japan. (Baby Cuevas)
