Bureau of immigration (BI) and National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) basketball team bagged the 3rd place in the 1st Air Reserve Center (ARCen) held at the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (Philsca) basketball gym recently, where ten teams competed.
