BALIK na ang Supreme Court (SC) sa taunang summer session nito sa Baguio City matapos na ihinto ng may dalawang taon dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.
Pinangunahan ni Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo ,ang regular na flagraising ceremony sa SC Compound sa Baguio City .

“Baguio has always been our second home. It has provided us shelter from the elevating heat in Manila, but this time, it has given us a much-needed respite from our pandemic stress and weariness,” pahayag ni Gesmundo matapos ang flagraising.
Sinabi ni Gesmundo na ang summer session ng SC sa Baguio ay nagpapakita na pinagagaan na nila ang kanilang pamamaraan patungo sa new normal.
Gayunman,tiniyak ni Gesmundo na mahigpit pa rin na susundin ang safety protocols kapag bumalik na sa trabaho.
Sinamantala na rin ni Gesmundo ang pagkakataon para pasalamatan si Leonen sa natapos na 2020-2021 Bar Exams.
“With him we have blazed the trail of Bar reforms. And we congratulate, too, our Bar passers. May they embody and practice the ideals we envisioned for the legal profession,”dagdag ni Leonen.
Gayundin,binigyan ng pagkilala si Senior Associate Justice Perlas-Bernabe,na.magreretiro na sa susunod na buwan.
