A father and his son were arrested by the Quezon City Police District after creating a scene, including firing a gun into the air just because they cannot get out of a parking lot.
The two, identified as Richard and Ralph Padua, were charged with alarm and scandal. Richard was charged with illegal possession of firearm too.
Investigation by the QCPD -Station 10 showed that the suspects had just emerged from a bar and were about to go home when they could not move their car because it was blocked by another car.
The two got irked and witnesses say the driver, Richard, fired into the air three times.
Ralph later told a television interview that both of them were ‘nakainom.’ The father did not give any statement to the media.
