INENDORSO ni Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc., President Dr. Henry Lim Bon Liong ang itinalagang kalihim ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na si Secretary Alfredo “Fred” Pascual.
Sa kanyang pahayag na ipinadala sa media ay sinabi ni Bon Liong na: “We the 170 Filipino Chinese chambers of commerce and other diverse trade associations nationwide under the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (FFCCCII) fully support President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s appointment of the accomplished former University of the Philippines (U.P.) President, former development banker, finance expert and business community stalwart Alfredo “Fred” Pascual as the Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).”
Si Secretary Pascual umano ay may matalino, propesyonal, may business at moral qualifications upang pamunuan ang DTI sa pagsuporta sa pandaigdigang mapagkumpitensya, makabago, mapapanatili at inklusibong paglago ng ekonomiya ng Pilipinas.
“Hinihimok namin ang aming mga mambabatas sa Commission on Appointments (CA) na mabilis na aprubahan ang paghirang kay Secretary Fred Pascual para sa kapakinabangan ng pag-unlad ng socio-economic ng Pilipinas,” pahayag pa ni Bon Liong. (VICTOR BALDEMOR RUIZ)
