Bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang nito ng ika-25 taon ng pagseserbisyo sa Hong Kong, nagbigay ng parangan ang Cebu Pacific (CEB) sa limang natatanging Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) sa HK, na nakapagbigay ng kontribusyon sa Filipino community doon.
“Over the past 25 years, Hong Kong has been an important part of Cebu Pacific’s international network and story. More importantly, it has been home to generations of OFWs whose hard work and dedication continue to inspire us,” ani Candice Iyog, CEB Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer.
“Through the CEB Values Awards, we recognize individuals who embody the values we aspire to live by as an airline,” dagdag pa niya.
Napag-alaman kay CEB spokesperson Carmina Romero na iginawad ng airline ang CEB Values Awards sa ginanap na Philippine Tourism Festival na inorganisa ng OFW group Philippine Alliance.
“The awards honor individuals who embody the airline’s core values of Trust, Integrity, Courage, Service and Best of Filipino Spirit. This is the second time the carrier has held the awards in Hong Kong. Each awardee received a roundtrip international ticket with a 20kg baggage allowance, while three additional roundtrip international tickets were raffled off to OFWs attending the festival, giving more overseas Filipinos the opportunity to reunite with loved ones or explore the airline’s international network,” pahayag pa ni Romero.
Aniya, ang Hong Kong ay bahagi na ng CEB network mula pa 2001 at nananatiling sia sa pangunahing international destinations nito, na naglilingkod sa mga OFWs pati na sa leisure at business travelers.
