Sinabi ni Andres Castro na “There’s a law that guarantees free tertiary education in our country. The recommendation goes against the law. Focus on what made the dropouts”.

Sinabi pa ng netizen na huwag nang lagyan ng budget ang University of the Philippines(UP) dahil halos mayayaman naman ang mga nag-aaral sa unibersidad.

“We should have never started the free college education to everybody. We should give financial aid only to deserving students from poor households NOT to those who have already advantage in life! Also, we need to redirect more funding to grade schoolers to ensure they literacy”,ayon naman kay Cornelio Reformiña.

Alinsunod sa Republic Act 10931 o Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act,” Philippine law institutionalizes free tuition and exemption from other fees in state universities and colleges and local universities and colleges in the Philippines”.
