CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Media and Civil Affairs Group of the Civil Relations Service, Armed Forces of the Philippines will host KKK: Konsyertong PAGPAPARANGAL, Kasiyahan para sa Mga KAWAL at the AFP Grandstand, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo in Quezon City yesterday on December 15, 2023.
This initiative aligns with the celebration of the 88th Founding Anniversary of the AFP, with the primary objective of highlighting and appreciating soldiers in diverse tasks crucial for maintaining peace in the country.
The said event has two (2) parts: “TRIBYOUTH: PARANGAL SA BAYANING KAWAL” or The Talented, Responsible, Innovative and Brave Youth a national alliance venue of different youth organizations in the country that seek to promote active youth participation in nation-building through the pursuit of genuine and lasting peace; and “INDAYOG: GABI NG KONSYERTO PARA SA MGA SUNDALO” wherein band performers will be serenading the soldiers, and everyone may either showcase their talents.
Along with the soldiers, the concert will be attended by AFP Chief of Staff Gen Romeo Brawner Jr PA and our special guests HON. BRIAN RAYMUND S YAMSUAN, Congressman, Bicol Saro Parytlist and no other than one of our Senators, HONORABLE JINGGOY EJERCITO ESTRADA.
It is scheduled to commence at 3:30 PM and conclude at 11:00 PM.
“We have been capacitating the youth and other stakeholders to be active partners in our pursuit of genuine and lasting peace, envisioning an inclusive and resilient society driven by a globally competitive knowledge economy,” MCAG Commander Major Cenon C Pancito III PA said.
