Barangay 451, Zone 45, District 4 Chairwoman Evelyn de Guzman (fourth from left) received an award as an “Outstanding Barangay” for the second consecutive year, as part of the 451st Araw ng Maynila celebration. The award was handed by former Mayor Isko Moreno and newly-inaugurated Mayor Honey Lacuna (second from left). Also witnessing the awarding were (left) Manila Barangay Bureau Director Romy Bagay and Liga ng Mga Barangay President Lei Lacuna. (right). The award is being given to barangay chairpersons who are nominated by their own constituents for excelling in their performance within their areas of jurisdiction. De Guzman was also cited for her quick response in various ways during the pandemic, to the utmost satisfaction of the residents in her barangay. (TSJ)
