PINAYAGAN na ng Department of Tourism (DOT) na papasukin na.ang lahat ng dayuhan sa bansa sa susunod na buwan ng Abril.
Ayon kay Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat ,may 73,178 turista ang dumating sa bansa nang magbukas sa 157 visa free na mga bansa.
Nabatid na binuksan na ang Pilipinas ang borders sa mga fully vaccinated foreign tourist nitong Huwebes.
“We’re hoping that by April we’ll be open to all foreigners. The reason why we started with visa-free countries, this was also the recommendation of the Department of Foreign Affairs. Paunti-unti muna (Little by little),” ayon kay Romulo-Puyat.
“They have to open the consular offices all over the world. I hope it will be approved and we’ll be able to accept by April.”
Nabatid na ang Pilipinas ang maghu-host sa may 600 tourism at trade ministers at private sector executives sa gaganapin na World Travel & Tourism Council summit sa Abril 20-22.
Ayon kay Romulo-Puyat napapanahon umano ito dahil ang Asia ang hulinv rehiyon na nagbulas sa turismo at sinimulan ito ng Pilipinas.
Inoobliga ng Pilipinas ang mga fully vaccinated na turista na magprisinta
na lamang ng negative RT-PCR test ,na kinuha 48 oras o anti gen test na kinuha sa loob mg 24 oras.
Sakop umano ng regulasyon maging iyong mga turista na nakarekober sa COVID19 dahil sa RT-PCR test ay maari ka pa rin magpositibo makalipas ang 3 buwan. (Baby Cuevas)
