CGPAF MEETS FUTURE PAF OFFICERS

On May 14, 2024, the Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, Lt.General Stephen P Parreño, PAF, hosted a dinner for the graduating Aero cadets of the Philippine Military Academy “BAGONG-SINAG” Class of 2024 at the Baguio Country Club in Camp John Hay, Baguio City.

The graduating class consists of 278 men and women who will be commissioned as second lieutenants in the Air Force, Army, and Navy, with 62 of them joining the Philippine Air Force.

Notably, among the top ten graduating cadets set to join the PAF is Cadet 1st Class Mark Armuel U Boiles, who ranked second in the class.


During his remarks, Lt.Gen. Parreño emphasized that PAF personnel, particularly officers, must embody the acronym P-A-F: Precise, Agile, and Focused. These attributes ensure efficient resource utilization, preparedness for diverse duties, and navigation of complex operating environments, ultimately fostering excellence in the mission.

Also present during the event were MGEN Augustine S. Malinit PAF, Vice Commander, PAF, and MGEN Aristotle D. Gonzalez PAF, Chief of Air Staff, joined by other PAF Officers.
