Kakastiguhin ng Supreme Court (SC) si dating NTF-ELCAC spokesperson Lorraine Badoy dahil sa pagbabanta nito kay Manila Regional Trial Court Marlo A. Magdoza-Malagar ng Br.19 nang ibasura ang petisyon ng Department of Justice DOJ) na sangkot sa terorismo ang Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA).
Ito ay matapos talakayin ng SC En banc motu proprio ang posibleng aksyon na gawin laban kay Badoy.
Samantala,nagpalabas ng pahayag ang SC kaugnay sa naturang isyu.
“The Court STERNLY WARNS those who continue to incite violence through social media and other means which endanger the lives of judges and their families, and that this SHALL LIKEWISE BE CONSIDERED A CONTEMPT OF THIS COURT and will be dealt with accordingly.”
Nabatid na inakusahan ni Badoy sa kanyang Facebook post noong Martes si Magdoza-Malagar na nag-aabogado sa CPP-NPA.
Tinawag pa ni Badoy ang resolusyon ng ukom na “judgment straight from the bowels of communist hell”.
“So if I kill this judge and I do so out of my political belief that all allies of the CPP NPA NDF must be killed because there is no difference in my mind between a member of the CPP NPA NDF and their friends, then please be lenient with me,:ayon pa kay Badoy.
Ang naturang pahayag ni Badoy ay umani ng pagbatikos mula sa Philippine Judges Association (PJA). (CARL ANGELO)
