Itinanggi ni dating communications undersecretary Lorraine Badoy na pinagbinantaan niya sa kahit anong paraan si Manila Judge Marlo Magdoza-Malagar, ng Manila Regional Trial Court ,Br.19 matapos itong magdesisyon na hindi terorismo ang Communist Party of the Philippines -New People’s Army (CPP-NPA).
Magugunita na siinabi ng Hukom sa kanyang desisyon na ang aksiyon ng CPP-NPA ay rebelyon at political crimes.
” I would like to assure all Justices of Supreme Court, thatbi did not in anyway threaten Judge Marlo Malagar. Nothing could be further from truth,” ani Badoy.
“I abhor all forms of violence ,whick is why i have made it my life’s mission to do all i can to completely destroy the terrorist CPP NPA NDF,” ayon pa kay Badoy.
Napag-alaman na binura na rin ni Badoy ang kaniyang Facebook post na umano’y pinapatamaan ang hukom.
Unang.inakusahan ni Badoy ang Hukom na nag-aabogado sa CPP-NPA.
Tinawag pa ni Badoy ang resolusyon ng Hukom na “judgment straight from the bowels of communist hell”.
“So if I kill this judge and I do so out of my political belief that all allies of the CPP NPA NDF must be killed because there is no difference in my mind between a member of the CPP NPA NDF and their friends, then please be lenient with me,” ayon pa kay Badoy.
Sinabi naman ng SC ” The Court STERNLY WARNS those who continue to incite violence through social media and other means which endanger the lives of judges and their families, and that this SHALL LIKEWISE BE CONSIDERED A CONTEMPT OF THIS COURT and will be dealt with accordingly.”
Ang naturang pahayag ni Badoy ay umani ng pagbatikos mula sa Philippine Judges Association (PJA). (Jantzen Tan)
