Nahaharap ngayon sa kasong paglabag sa Section 155 Trademark Infringement) and Section 168 (Unfair Competition) of R.A. 8293 (Intellectual Property Rights), sina Jenifer Ong, 21, Chinese national, secretary ng Sky–Light Motorcycle Parts and Accessories Trading Store at.taga 168 Resident, Binondo, Manila; at Mario Sendona, 38,,helper, ng
288 Tambakan Street, Caloocan City.
Nabatid na isinilbi ang search warrant dahil sa reklamo ni Wilmar Ramirez y Giron, 41, Quality Control Officer/ Intellectual Property Officer ng JRP – Thailand Motorcycle Parts and Accessories Store , at taga 28 R. Candido Brgy 60 West Grace Park, Caloocan City.
Naganap ang pagsalakay ng SMaRT sa pangunguna ni PMaj Edward Samonte ,hepe ng SMaRT ,alas-4:30 ng hapon sa nabanggit na lugar.
Ang search warrant ay inisyu ni Presiding Judge Phillip Charles G. Santos, ng RTC Branch 45, Manila na may petsang Nobyembre 25.
