Umabot sa may 4,984 bar examinee ang ‘repeater’ ngayong 2023 Bar examination na gaganapin sa Setyembre 17,20 at 24 sa 14 na Local Testing Centers (LTCs) sa bansa.
Ayon sa Supreme Court (SC), sa pamamagitan ng Office of the Bar Chair, nasa kabuuang 10,816 ang kukuha ng bar exam at 5,832 sa naturang bilang ang “first time” na kukuha samantalang 4,984 ang repeater o mga hindi nakapasa noong 2022 bar exams.
Nabatid na nasa 2,571 bar personnel ang idineploy nationwide sa national headquarters at sa mga LTCs para tiyakin na magiging maayos ang bar examination.
Kinabibilangan ito ng personnel sa SC, Court of Appeals (CA) , Sandiganbayan, Court of Tax Appeals, at First- and Second Level Courts at mga abogado ng gobyerno at pribado.
Ang 2023 bar examination ay hahatiin sa anim na subjects na kinabibilangan ng Political and Public International Law (15%); Commercial and Taxation Laws (20%); Civil Law (20%); Labor Law and Social Legislation (10%); Criminal Law (10%); at Remedial Law at Legal and Judicial Ethics with Practical Exercises (25%).
Ayon kay Supreme Court Associate Justice Ramon Paul L. Hernando, Chairperson ng 2023 Bar Examinations, nagsasagawa ng masusi at araw -araw na monitoring ang sa Office of the Bar Chair sa mga Bar applicants sa anumang feedback kaugnay sa Bar Examinations.
