MAWAB, Davao De Oro – The Camp General Manuel T Yan Senior Station Hospital (CGMTYSSH) of the 10th Infantry (Agila) Division conducted a blessing of newly procured medical equipment and enhanced facilities in Barangay Tuboran, Mawab, Davao De Oro on January 18, 2023.
Reverend Father Marvin P Goles blessed the enhanced Physical Therapy Room, Mental Health Resiliency Room, Ultrasound Room, and Laboratory Section. He also blessed the newly procured Automated Blood Chemistry Analyzer, Portable Ultrasound Machine, and other health equipment.
Likewise, the Command Welfare Assistance Fund (CWAF) amounting to PhP1,600,000.00 made the enhancement possible through the Command Welfare Assistance Board (CWAB) led by 10ID Chief of Staff Colonel Felix Ronnie B Babac.
Major Al-Amen L Pandaog, CGMTYSSH Commanding Officer, assured faster and more accurate diagnoses and treatment with the procurement of equipment and enhancement of facilities.
“For more than 10 years dumedepende po tayo sa Camp Panacan Station Hospital para sa Neuro (Psychiatric) exam. Ngayon po magkakaroon na po tayo ng sariling atin para maaddress ang enlistment, promotion at schooling natin. Rest assured that you will have the most competent, dedicated, and best medical health provider that would address the health concerns of our troops,” Major Pandaog added.
Meanwhile, 10ID Commander Major General Nolasco A Mempin thanked the men and women of CGMTYSSH and the CWAB for making the enhancement possible.
