Buong pagmamalaking inanunsiyo ni Universidad de Manila (UdM) President Dr. Felma Carlos-Tria na pasok na sa 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings ang UdM, matapos na makakuha ng overall score na 57.7.
Ani UdM President Dr. Felma Carlos-Tria, dahil diyan, ang UdM ay nakasama sa 1001-1500 bracket mula sa 2318 institutions globally.
“We are proud to announce that Universidad de Manila has successfully made it to the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, with a commendable overall score of 57.7, placing us in the 1001–1500 bracket out of 2318 institutions globally,” pahayag pa ni Tria.
“This milestone highlights our continuous efforts and growing commitment in aligning our programs, research, and institutional practices with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),” dagdag pa nito.
Ang Impact Rankings ay nage-evaluate ng mga unibersidad sa buong mundo base sa kanilang ambag sa sustainability, equity at global development. Ang pagkilalang ito ay nagpapatunay ng kahalagahan at potensyal ng mga unibersidad sa international academic state.
Ayon kay Tria, ang naturang achievement na naglagay sa UdM sa ‘world university rankings’ ay isang kolektibong tagumpay ng academic community, administrators, faculty, staff at mga estudyante ng unibersidad, na nagpapakita ng dedikasyon para sa isang transformative education at social impact.
“Let us continue to uphold the values of inclusive, quality and socially responsive education as we move forward to reach even greater heights in the years ahead,” panawagan naman ni Tria sa UdM community.
“?Incredibly grateful that Universidad de Manila made it to the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, positioned in the 1001-1500 range globally. We had no expectations as we applied for the first time this year, so I’m actually still in disbelief,” dagdag pa nito.
