“Nahuli na si Pastor Quiboloy!” the post said.

It was learned that Quiboloy was arrested at 6 p.m. inside the KOJC compound in Davao City, where the police had been searching for him since August 24, 2024 and where casualties were even reported.

Abalos, who is said to be in Dubai on official business, said that Quiboloy will be brought to Manila following his arrest.

The KOJC leader is facing charges under Section 5(b) and Section 10(a) of Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act. Qualified human trafficking charges under Section 4(a) of Republic Act No. 9208, as amended, were also filed against him before a Pasig court. Said case is non-bailable.
