Due to the volcanic activity by Mt. Bulusan which spewed ash, Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced flight cancellation of CEB and Cebgo flights.
Those cancelled as of noon of June 12 are as follows: 5J325/326 Manila – Legazpi – Manila; 5J327/328 Manila – Legazpi – Manila; DG6111/6112 Manila – Naga – Manila and DG6117/6118 Manila – Naga – Manila
Affected passengers may conveniently avail any of the following options online, through the “Manage Booking” portal on the Cebu Pacific website: rebook for travel within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived; store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.) or refund. The process may take up to two months from the date of request.
